Coaching Terms

Zaaheen is the trading name of Zaaheen Artificial Intelligence Developing Services, a business licensed in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Dubai trade licence 1651252). The Knowledge Centre is our coaching service. "We" and "us" mean us, and "you" means the person who books, or the person they send in their place.

These terms are an agreement between you and us about coaching sessions. You accept them, and the Booking and Refund Policy, which is part of them, when you tick the box before paying. Our Coaching Privacy Notice explains how we use your details.

Coaching is a separate purchase from the Zaaheen app. The app's own terms do not apply to coaching, and these terms do not apply to the app.

You must be 18 or over, and able to make a binding contract, to book. By booking you confirm that you are. If you book for your employer or business, you confirm you may agree to these terms for it.

Each session is 90 minutes of live, one-to-one coaching over Microsoft Teams, at the time you book, with a written summary of what to do next afterwards. Each session page describes what it covers. We send the meeting link in your confirmation email.

You need a device that runs Microsoft Teams, a working internet connection, a microphone and, ideally, a camera. The AI tools you want to work with are yours to provide.

Coaching is personal guidance on using AI tools in your own work. We are not a school, institute or training provider, and we do not issue certificates, qualifications or accreditation.

We do not promise any result, such as a job, income, a business outcome or a finished project. What you achieve depends on your own work. Coaching is not legal, financial, tax, medical or other professional advice. AI tools can be wrong, so check anything they produce before you rely on it.

Some sessions build on earlier ones and list prerequisites on their page. Please check them before you book. If you are not sure which session suits you, email knowledgecentre@zaaheen.com before booking and we will help you choose.

The price is shown in UAE dirhams (AED) on the session page and at checkout, and it is the full price you pay. You pay in full when you book, by card through our payment provider, Stripe. Your booking is confirmed when payment has gone through and we have emailed you. Your bank may charge a fee to pay in AED; that is between you and your bank.

The Booking and Refund Policy sets out how to move a session, what happens if you are late or miss it, the cases where we always refund, and your legal right to cancel if you live in the UK or the EU. In short: no refund for a change of mind or a missed session; move your session free if you ask at least 24 hours before; and if we cancel, you choose a full refund or a new time.

We do not record sessions, and you must not record them, by any means, without our written agreement. This protects your privacy and ours.

What you create in or after a session is yours. Only share what you are allowed to share: do not show us other people's personal data, or your employer's confidential information, unless you have permission. We keep what you show us confidential and use it only to coach you, as our Coaching Privacy Notice explains.

Any notes, summaries, prompts or guides we give you are for your own use and your own work. Please do not resell or republish them as your own course or product.

We treat you with respect and expect the same. If you are abusive, threatening or harassing, or use the session for anything unlawful, the coach may end it. If we end a session for that reason, the rest of it is not refunded.

We run every session with reasonable care and skill, and as we describe it. If we do not, the Booking and Refund Policy explains what we do to put it right, including a repeat session or a refund.

Our total responsibility to you for a session is limited to the price you paid for it. We are not responsible for losses we could not have foreseen when you booked, for business losses, or for decisions you make or results you get from using AI tools.

Nothing in these terms limits our responsibility for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not allow us to limit, and nothing takes away your legal rights as a consumer.

If you are unhappy with anything, email knowledgecentre@zaaheen.com and tell us what happened. We reply within 2 working days and aim to resolve it within 14 days. If we cannot agree, you can take it to a consumer authority or a court as set out below.

We may update these terms. A change applies only to bookings made after it; a session you have already booked stays under the terms you accepted.

These terms are governed by the law of the United Arab Emirates as applied in Dubai, and the courts of Dubai can hear any dispute. If you are a consumer living elsewhere, you also keep the protection of the laws of the country where you live that cannot be changed by agreement, and you can bring a claim in your local courts. There is no arbitration.
