We make the Zaaheen memory app for Windows, sold as a subscription. For the app: Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

We also offer private coaching sessions through the Knowledge Centre. Coaching is sold by us directly, booked and paid for separately, under its own terms. Paddle has no part in it.

For the app, your account or a payment: customerservice@zaaheen.com. For coaching bookings: knowledgecentre@zaaheen.com. We answer every message ourselves.

If something isn't right, email customerservice@zaaheen.com (app, account or payment) or knowledgecentre@zaaheen.com (coaching) with "Complaint" in the subject, and tell us what happened and what you would like us to do. We reply within 5 working days and give you our answer within 14 days. If we need longer, we tell you why and when you will hear from us.

For a payment for the app, you can also contact Paddle using the link in your receipt. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the consumer protection authority where you live.
