How to connect ChatGPT to Zaaheen

In the ChatGPT app for your computer, open Settings, then Integrations, then Plugins, choose Add, then Add MCP Server, and fill in Zaaheen's setting. Then use Zaaheen in ChatGPT's Work or Codex mode.

Before you start

ChatGPT for your computer

Zaaheen connects to the ChatGPT app for your computer, in its Work and Codex modes. ChatGPT's Chat mode can't connect to apps on your computer.

Add Zaaheen to ChatGPT

ChatGPT › Settings

In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Integrations, then Plugins.
Choose Add, then Add MCP Server, and fill it in:
- Name: Zaaheen
- Command: C:\Program Files\Zaaheen\zaaheen.exe, where Zaaheen usually installs. The Agents tab in Zaaheen shows yours exactly, ready to copy.
- Arguments: mcp and serve, as two separate items. Typed together on one line, they don't work.
Save it, then use Zaaheen in ChatGPT's Work or Codex mode.

In ChatGPT, open Settings, then Integrations, then Plugins. Zaaheen is listed there.

Make ChatGPT check Zaaheen

ChatGPT › Personalization

ChatGPT looks in its own memory first and may stop there. So it checks Zaaheen as well, open Settings, then Personalization, then Custom instructions, and add this line:

Before answering anything about me, my preferences, my work or my plans, also check my Zaaheen memory, even when your own memory has nothing.
